What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. If you have any trouble with paying by card, please contact us and we'll work out an alternative. For Business and Enterprise plans, we issue invoices payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase.
We need to change the number of people in our team. How will that work?
Since, due.work has flat pricing and not user based pricing. You just have to add new members on due.work workspace, by sending them an invitation without paying anything.
Which languages are supported?
Currently we support 6 major languages English, French, Chinese, Spanish, Italian and German. We're always happy to add a new language for you! Just shoot us a message.
Who should be the admin of my workspace?
The one who creates the workspace will be assigned as admin.
Can I really cancel anytime?
You can! If you want to cancel your plan, simply let us know or you can also cancel it from the accounts page. If you do cancel, you will continue to have access to all the premium features until the end of your billing cycle.

Will I receive receipts for my transactions?
You can access receipts for all transactions in your account. There's also an option you can turn on to receive receipts to your email address.
